Locations and Fees

I have offices in Hershey and in Wynnewood, Pa. However, I am scheduling sessions only by secure telehealth through the end of calendar year 2023.  Therapy appointments are approximately 50-55 minutes long. My fee is $160/session. I offer a sliding scale to people with limited financial means. Payment by cash, check or credit card is due at the time of service. 

Insurance

I am a network provider for Medicare and Highmark Blue Shield Plans. I also am a member of the PerformCare Medical Assistance managed care network. As an out-of-network provider for other Insurance Plans, I  can provide a receipt that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

Confidentiality

All communication is confidential: no one has a right to information we discuss unless released with your written consent. Exceptions to this involve steps I am legally required to take, regardless of your consent to release information. These include instances where you may be suicidal or homicidal, or where child/elder abuse or neglect may be involved.
